Our operators and maintenance personnel take part in incentive
programs which reward them for improved performance. Our philosophy
is to pay an individual for the value they add to the company, not
just because they've been here for a while. Do you like getting is
some overtime hours each week, well, our operators get overtime each
week. Many of our operators earn $35K the first year with others
earning well in excess of $60K per year. If you are an experienced
concrete cutter, talk to us about our special entry program where
you don't have to work your way up from the bottom. We are "the
